By accessing or using CompasslyHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

CompasslyHub is a guided SEO execution platform that provides project management tools, SEO auditing, task tracking, progress reporting, and community features for SEO professionals, businesses, and individuals.

We offer a Free plan and a Pro subscription. Features available under each plan are described on our Pricing page.

CompasslyHub explicitly does not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes.

SEO Health scores, task completion metrics, and roadmap suggestions are educational tools based on general SEO best practices. Actual search engine results depend on many external factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to Google algorithm changes, competitive landscape, and content quality.

Any improvement in rankings or traffic you experience is the result of your own SEO work, not a service guarantee.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• All activity under your account

• Providing accurate information during registration

• Complying with all applicable laws when using the platform

You may not share account access, resell platform access, or use the platform to scrape or harvest data.

You agree not to use CompasslyHub to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Upload malicious code, spam, or unauthorized content

• Interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts

• Publish false, misleading, or defamatory content in the community

• Use the platform for competitive intelligence gathering at scale

Pro subscriptions are billed annually. Payment is processed via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe/Razorpay International (USD).

The early bird price of ₹2,499/year (50% OFF) is valid until September 30, 2026. After that date, the standard price of ₹4,999/year applies to new subscriptions. Existing subscribers retain their renewal price.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day refund policy for Pro subscriptions. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment via email to billing@compasslyhub.com.

All platform features, design, code, and content created by CompasslyHub are our intellectual property.

Your project data, task notes, and content you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to operate the platform.

The CompasslyHub community is governed by our Community Guidelines, which prohibit:

• Spam, self-promotion without value, or fake testimonials

• Harassment, discrimination, or abuse

• Sharing false or misleading SEO advice with deceptive intent

• Posting content unrelated to SEO, digital marketing, or the platform

Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

CompasslyHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
